Autograph Letter Signed ("W.B. Yeats"), 1½ pp, 8vo (conjoining leaves), Bedford Park, Chiswick, June 2, [1893], to [Ernest] Rhys, original smudge from ink emendation, else fine.

In full: "I am very anxious to get over to see you & may manage to do so on Sunday but I am not quite sure yet. If I do not, I will write & ask you to suggest an evening ."[Yeats has crossed out a line suggesting an evening himself.] "I am deep in folklore trying to get a book called "The Celtic Twilight" off the stocks & into the water. It is partly reprints from National Observer articles. Many best regards to Mrs Rhys..."
