Bayly, Anselm, compiler. A Collection of Anthems Used in His Majesty’s Chapel Royal, and Most Cathedral Churches in England and Ireland. London: for J. and F. Rivington and W. Ginger, 1769. 8vo (182 x 115 mm). Period full crimson morocco, covers with double gilt rule surrounding gilt floral and foliate border, a crown in each corner, centered with gilt crowned cipher of Chapel Royal, St. James, spine in six gilt-decorated compartments, a.e.g. Bookplate removed, a few stray stains to covers, light shelfwear, but generally an attractive example.
