Méthodique elémentaire de géographie et d’histoire. Paris: for the author & for Desnos, 1761. Two parts bound in one volume. Illustrated with engraved title-page, engraved dedication, 123 engraved plates, most of which are maps or diagrams hand-colored in outline. Folio, rebound to oblong folio (422 x 597 mm). Modern tan levant over marbled boards, spine lettered in gilt. Wanting title to second part, first part with repairs in upper right corner, mostly in the margins, cleaned, though some stains still visible, plates creased at centerfold, spine with some toning, light shelfwear.
