Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1959. Consisting of nine panel drawings rendered in graphite pencil on vellum outlining the famous 'slave rowing scene;' numerous annotations relating to the various shots are penciled in the margins on each one; created by studio artist, Harry B. Johnson, who began his career with the silent films of Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford and who worked on such screen classics as the "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" (RKO, 1939) and "Grand Hotel" (MGM, 1932) among many others throughout the decades.
