Four Japanese lacquer four-case inro

Meiji Period
Three bearing a kinji ground and decorated in slight takamakie, the first to each side with trees and waterfalls in a hilly landscape, nashiji interior, signature to base of the Kajikawa family, 8.5cm, the second to one side with ducks swimming on a lake, Fujiyama rising in the distance, to the other a large pine tree, nashiji interior, 8cm, the third with two horses to one side, the reverse with a flowering prunus tree, nashiji interior, 6cm, the roiro or black lacquer ground of the fourth decorated with flowering prunus, 8cm (some wear and minor damage).
