A Japanese Kutani bottle vase

18th/19th Century
Decorated in the ko-Kutani palette of iron-red, green, aubergine and yellow enamels with various horizontal bands of diaper ground, one reserved with shaped panels. 33cm high, 'happiness' character in green enamel to the base (large section of base restored).
