A double-sided religious reliquary of St. Francis of Assisi; on one side wearing white robes and ermine-trimmed pale green cloak holding a crucifix to his chest in front of an open bible; on the other side in a rocky landscape holding a skull.
Watercolour on vellum; the latter side surrounded by complex gold wirework, flowers stitched in silk, groups of seed pearls and strips of vellum inscribed with saints' names, gilt-metal frame.
