Being an Angler’s Record of Insects seen at the Waterside and the Method of Making their Imitations. Published by The Author, Ravenhead, St. Helens. Illustrated and containing nine countersunk plates holding original patterns mounted and numbered on felt, fly number 94 replaced incorrectly. Leather bound with gilt lettering, spine detached, corners and edges worn, this copy bears the name and address of a previous owner.*

*There are believed to be about 30 copies of this book published by the author in the early 1900's. A previous copy sold by this department in 2004 was signed and dated by the author 1912.
