Footnotes
"California Lady" was completely restored from a dilapidated condition in the 1980's receiving new mahogany frames and chine stringers, a complete new bottom and new deck. All new timbers receiving preservative treatment before finishing. A new engine was installed at the same time, with strengthened engine bearers. She has been laid up under cover for the past three years and will need to be re-commissioned before use.
