A model single cylinder four pillar beam pumping engine.

Built by A.B Rapley circa 1950.
With brass bound, wood lagged cylinder 1in bore x 2 3/4in stroke, centrally mounted valve chest with eccentric and rocking lever controlled valve, rope and gear driven governor, linkage and valve, simple parallel motion, rod driven floor mounted pump, cast beam running in pierced trunnions, bevelled fluted connecting rod and spoked flywheel, finished in green, red and brightwork, metal floor and wood mount, 13 1/2x14 1/2in (34.3x37cm).
