Footnotes

Believed built in Scotland at the beginning of the 20th century, the name may refer to Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, later Queen Mother, of Glamis Castle in Caithness, who was born in 1900. She married Prince Albert, the Duke of York (later King George V1) in 1923.
