A Trout bearing a Hardy Brothers ivorine plaque set in a gilt lined bow front case

mounted over an undulating streambed setting with grasses against a duck egg green backboard. The gilt legend reads: Trout 4lbs Killed on dry fly by P.R. Riggall, 29th May 1935. A rolled cast with May Fly pattern to top right and top left a rectangular ivorine plaque: Hardy Brothers Ltd., Angling Specialists Alnwick. Retail branches London 61 Pall Mall SW.
