with smooth brass foot, rim tension regulator screw and white ivorine handle, the winding plate with Hardy Alnwick Patent in enclosed circle together with The Octopus Braced Rod patent number 143998* for Grafton W. F and Robertson W. J. March 19th 1910 sole Maker’s Edgar Sealey and Sons, Redditch, England built cane three piece fly rod 10ft 6in with close whippings throughout, agate lined tip and butt rings and lock fast joints in cloth bag and a three piece steel centred built cane spinning rod 10ft 6in with spare shorter tip, agate and porcelain lined rings and lock fast joints in cloth bag all held in a strapped stained pine rod box with green baize lining
