Sixteen Various Bullet Moulds
19th Century

Comprising eight gang moulds, five with turned wooden handles, the first six of brass and for casting respectively twenty-two, twenty-four, eight and four spherical bullets, one for three spherical and three conical bullets, the other two of iron, one lined in brass and for casting twelve small spherical bullets, the other for casting twenty-two bullets of two sizes; a brass rifle mould for casting a conical bullet and with hinged sprue-cutter; another of steel; a Continental mould for casting a small conical bullet, one arm also forming a ramrod; three brass revolver moulds for casting spherical and conical bullets; and two other steel moulds (some rust patination) (16)
