A 28-Bore Flintlock Long Sea Service Pistol
Early 19th Century

With plain barrel and tang, reproduction lock with 'GR' crowned and 'Tower' across the tail, full stock (some wear and minor repairs) with Ordnance Storekeeper's mark above the tail of the lock and with obsolete mark on the back of the butt, and with apron around the tang, regulation brass mounts (pommel drilled with a small hole) including associated trigger-guard, later ramrod-pipes, and later brass-tipped ramrod, King's proof marks and obsolete mark
