An UPA celluloid from "1001 Arabian Nights"

1959, gouache on celluloid, depicting Mr. Magoo wearing Middle Eastern attire, applied to a watercolor production background, paint cracking on his face and hand, matted and framed.

Mr. Magoo, a little old man who gets into sticky situations because of his failing eye sight, was created by John Hubley and voiced by Jim Backus. The "1001 Arabian Nights" was UPA’s first feature-length production.
