A Continental 50-Bore D.B. Percussion Box-Lock Pistol, And A Liège 60-Bore Percussion Box-Lock Pocket Pistol
Both Mid-19th Century

The first with octagonal barrels, action (defective) engraved with a scallop shell on each side, engraved trigger-guard, and lightly carved rounded butt (small repair) inlaid with silver wire scrollwork on the back, and ovoidal pommel inlaid with an oval vacant white-metal escutcheon; the second with octagonal brass barrel turned and moulded at the muzzle, engraved action, steel trigger-guard, and rounded butt (minor damage), Liège proof (2)
