The first with three-stage barrel, octagonal breech and plain tang, border engraved bevelled lock with faint traces of maker's signature (illegible) and engraved with foliage on the stepped tail, moulded figured half-stock (fore-end repaired) carved with foliage at the barrel tang and inlaid with silver wire on the back of the butt and on the rounded pommel, brass side-plate cast and pierced with a monster and foliage, silver pommel cap, and button trigger (trigger-guard removed, steel pitted); the second with two-stage barrel turned at the muzzle, octagonal breech, border engraved action, thumbpiece safety-catch also locking the steel, trigger-guard, and rounded butt chequered on each side (2)
