First Half Of The 16th Century
With broad double-edged blade with central fuller over nearly its entire length on each side with latten-filled cross mark on one side at the forte, fullered ricasso, iron hilt comprising horizontally recurved quillons of circular section with rounded button terminals each with a brass cap punched with circles, large side-ring of flattened oval section incised with triple line decoration, small inner side-ring en suite, stopper-shaped pommel en suite with the quillons, and bottle-shaped leather-covered grip (conserved)
