Two Indian Tulwars
19th Century

The first with earlier curved blade (polished overall) double-edged towards the point and punched with dot marks on one side towards the forte, and characteristic iron hilt damascened with gold foliage overall; the second of similar form, with slightly curved fullered blade (polished, some pitting) double-edged towards the point and struck with circular bladesmith's mark on one side at the forte, in wooden scabbard covered in brown velvet (damaged and worn) (2)
