Signed Settsu ju Sukekuni, Shinto

The blade with two mekugi-ana, midare hamon, itame hada (slight staining and chips)

The Wakizashi
Signed Izumi no Kami Kumitsugu, Dated 1689

The blade with one mekgi-ana, choji-midare hamon (slight staining)

The Koshirae
Each with fully bound tsuka with shakudo-nanako fuchi-kashira deeply chiselled with grasshoppers amidst foliage, shakudo and gilt menuki in the form of a fish in waves and a banner, mokko-shaped shakudo tsuba decorated with gilt dragons within crashing waves enclosed by gilt nanako rims, in their swirling black lacquered sayas (one kurikata and kodzuka missing)(2)
