A .44 Starr Arms Co. 1863 Model Army Single-Action Percussion Revolver
No. 36578, Circa 1863-65

With hinged sighted barrel, frame stamped 'Starr. Arms. Co. New York.' on one side and 'Starr's Patent Jan. 15. 1856' on the other, plain cylinder, rammer and trigger-guard, barrel-release screw, figured butt (bruised and damaged) numbered '39' on one side, matching numbers, and retaining traces of original blueing (some wear overall)
