Also known as demantoid garnet in its emerald green form, this large gem is from a new deposit in Mexico. Any andradite over 3 carats is considered large for the species and this pear-shaped stone with a deep greenish brown color is a monster! Weighing approximately 6.60 carats and measuring 14.5 x 10.5 x 6.7mm.
