Faceted by AGTA Spectrum Award Winner Mark Kaufman
Anglesite has a very high luster typically associated with lead minerals. The lead content is the cause of its sparkle. The dispersion is equal to that of diamond and when properly cut the gems are spectacular. Faceted anglesites are truly rare and seldom seen outside museums and very complete collections. Common in colorless and light browns, this brilliant deep yellow oval-cut gem exhibits excellent clarity and luster for the species. Weighing approximately 26.46 carats and measuring 18.6 x 11.7 x 9.0mm.
