A pair of Derby models of pug dogs

circa 1775
modelled in begging position on plain mound bases, their front legs held out, their coats naturalistically coloured, one wearing a plain gold collar, the other with a collar applied with bells and a floret picked out in red, 7.7cm (one with restoration to front legs and base, the other with restored front legs only) (2)
