An unusual Staffordshire pearlware model of a dog

early 19th century
seated on a green oval base with one back leg tucked under its body, looking upwards with its mouth open in growling attitude, wearing a wide moulded collar picked out in grey and yellow, 10cm high (two minute chips to the ear and mouth, patch of misfiring)
