cylindrical, applied with an ear-shaped handle and leaf-moulded spout, the low-domed cover with a ball knop, finely printed with 'The Fortune Teller', sitting at a table with various charts and instruments, two fine lady customers before him, one distraught holding a card 'Never Married', the other pleased receiving a card inscribed 'A Husband', the reverse with 'The XII Houses of Heaven', the prints filled in in enamel colours, the sides puce and green reserved with stylised flower panels in iron red, the cover printed with winged cherubs' heads, 13cm, signed 'Published as the Act directs Jan 4 1778 by W. Greatbatch Lane Delf Stafford' (restored) (2)
