the cup with a gilded ring handle, finely painted with a thatched cottage within an octagonal panel, the saucer with a tower on a riverbank, two figures in the foreground, reserved on a salmon ground gilt with neoclassical ornament, saucer 14cm, cup with incised B mark, saucer with printed mark referring to Royal patronage (minute patch of wear to gilding on the saucer only) (2)
