the cups of tapering shape with angular handles, the covers with ring finials, decorated with a pale grey marbled ground, the cups reserved with rectangular panels edged with broad gilt borders, the panels finely painted with groups of overlapping feathers, the rims also picked out in gold, incised B and script marks referring to royal patronage (ring finials restored) (6)
