with a cylindrical neck above a double ogee body, the elaborate scrolled handle picked out in gold, painted by John Pennington in sepia monochrome with an oval panel entitled 'Commerce', a figure holding a stork, a grindstone to one side and a merchant ship in the distance, flanked by sprays of oakleaves and acorns, the blue neck gilded with a repeating design of flowers and leaves, 17cm, crescent mark, title, crown and 'Flight and Barr, Worcester' in script
