A Pinxton bough pot

circa 1800
of the usual semicircular form with scroll moulding to the foot, fully painted with an extensive rural landscape containing a country house, a farmstead and a bridge over a river, gilded borders, 12.5cm high (some wear to the gilding, cover lacking)
