finely painted with maritime subjects by George Robertson, including several ships flying the British ensign, the coffee cup with a single ship in a stormy sea, a tower on the shore behind, the teacup with a fishing vessel and a sailing ship, further ships in the distance, the saucer with three ships of the line, reserved on a pink ground within gilded borders, saucer 14.3cm diam, crown, crossed batons and D marks and 447 in puce (a few very fine scratches to the ground only) (3)
