A Worcester teacup, coffee cup and saucer

circa 1780
of reeded French shape, painted with Fancy Birds in landscapes, surrounded by scattered insects, within Sèvres-style borders of puce, turquoise and purple panels of feathering, diaper and caillouté picked out in gold, saucer 13.8cm (a few minute patches of wear to the gilded rims) (3)
