A Worcester stand for a finger bowl

circa 1756
the shallow circular dish with a distinctive wavy rim, painted in blue with the 'Cormorant' pattern (I.B.28) of a bird on a towering rock, an angler in a boat and a bold peony and leaf spray, 14.6cm, workman's mark (small chip)
