A good South Staffordshire enamel 'Treaty of Amiens' patch box

of oval shape with a hinged cover and a green base, printed in outline and delicately overpainted with figures of Fame and Plenty standing back to back, Fame blowing her trumpet hung with a ribbon inscribed 'Duncan, Jervis, Abercromby, Nelson, Howe', two sailing ships in the distance, Plenty holding a laurel wreath, a cornucopia at her feet, inscribed above the figures 'Fame Exclaiming her Heroes. Peace with Plenty', 5.7cm (mirror lacking from inside cover)
