in the form of a flower, set with a large central foiled white sapphire, within a band of blue and white enamel and further stones, the upper petals with seed pearl suspensions, with a gem-set and pearl-set flowerhead attachment on a spring, verso enamelled in polychrome with flowers on a green ground
