full plate gilt movement signed Jno Arnold, Invt. et Fecit, No 25/326, with pierced and engraved straight edged wedge shaped cock to a ruby endstone and blued steel helical spring of four turns supporting a steel and brass O Z balance, the chain fusee movement with maintaining power and Arnold type detent escapement, now fitted with a later enamel Roman dial and contained in an associated white metal case top plate 40mm. diameter
