Jesús Rafael Soto is considered an influential figure in the genres of 'Geometric Abstraction', 'Op Art' and 'Kinetic Art'. His works have recently been included in major studies of these movements including in 'Radical Geometry' at the Royal Academy, London, 'Zero: Countdown to Tomorrow' at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York and 'Eye Attack: Op Art' 1950-1970 at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Denmark.
