Bonhams & Butterfields conducts six to eight wine auctions per year in San Francisco, simulcast for live bidding in our Los Angeles gallery. Our auctions offer a wide selection of the world’s greatest wines, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Champagne, Italian, Spanish, Domestic, Australian, Port and Madeira. If you are unable to attend the live auctions you may also participate by phone or absentee bids. We offer complimentary auction evaluations of your collection and if necessary will arrange an onsite inventory. Bonhams' Hong Kong Inaugural Wine Auction Achieved an Unprecedented Hammer Rate of over 96%
Bonhams’ Hong Kong inaugural wine auction scored a few firsts. It was the first wine auction held in Hong Kong in ten years, the first wine auction held in Hong Kong after the reduction of the wine duty to zero and the first for a Bonhams Hong Kong auction to achieve a remarkable hammer rate of 96.31 per cent.
