Dr Goldman received her Ph.D. in History from City University of New York - The Graduate Center in 2011, and has held fellowships from the American Academy in Rome, the New York Classical Club and the College Art Association. She has been a member of the American Association of Appraisers since 2002, and has worked for many esteemed institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University. Versed in several languages including Latin, Greek, Italian and Hebrew, Dr Goldman has taught at Adelphi University and the Cooper Hewitt M.A. program in Decorative Arts. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey.
