Nette has a Fine Art degree with an MA dissertation on the Samson porcelain factory in 19th century Paris. She joined Bonham's European Ceramics and Glass department in 2007 after 10 years spent with another leading auction house in Amsterdam and London. She was the specialist in charge of Bonham's sale of the collection of Procida Mirabelli di Lauro of Italian porcelain in 2010 and a curator of the exhibition of Meissen porcelain at Kunsthal Kade in the Netherlands in 2011. Nette also organised a symposium and exhibition on Venetian armorial porcelain in the Hoffmeister Collection at the Museo Querini Stampalia, Venice in 2010. A committee member of the French Porcelain Society, Nette has lectured extensively in Italian, French, Dutch and English. She is a member of Keramos and Amici di Doccia.
