Christina Geiger is the Director of Fine Books and Manuscripts at Bonhmas in New York. She joined Bonhams in 2006 to inaugurate regular sales in Fine Books and Manuscripts on the East Coast.

She has worked in the auction business since graduating from Williams College in 1996. She began her career at an international auction house, where she became its Manager of Images, overseeing its worldwide photography archive.

She developed an interest in fine books and manuscripts by completing coursework in medieval manuscripts at Columbia University, and in descriptive bibliography at the Rare Books School at the University of Virginia. She took on a Specialist role at the auction house in the Books and Manuscripts department in 2001. In 2003, she moved to San Francisco where she worked at a gallery, both as a Specialist and an Auctioneer.

During her tenure at Bonhams, Geiger has led auctions including property from the Estate of Hilde Shania Wittgenstein, the archives of the Leighton Wilkie Foundation, the Estate of Oliver Barrett and the Presidential autograph Collection of Alfred L. Baker. She was also the Principal Specialist for The American Experience: 1630-1890 auction in 2010, which totaled more than $4 million.

Geiger is a member of the Book Club of California and the Grolier Club in New York.
