The Prints Department
Collectors will find a wide range of material of every artistic, historical movement, from the early masters of printmaking, Rembrandt, Durer, Piranesi to the English caricaturists, Gillray, Rowlandson and later Ronald Searle. Works by modern and contemporary artists include, Picasso’s printed works and ceramics, Chagall, Miro, Hockney, Freud, Hirst and Warhol.

Our next Old Master and Modern Print sale on 30th September at New Bond
Street has several important works already consigned, including two Sybil
Andrews linocuts 'Haysel' and 'Otter Hunt', a Francis Bacon 'Triptych
inspired by the Oresteia of Aeschylus', a rare Hieronymous Bosch engraving
'Fat and Sausage Eaters', an early Patrick Caulfield lithograph 'Ruins',
the complete 'Blue Guitar Series' by David Hockney, a rare Paul Klee
lithograph 'Vulgare Komodie' and a fine impression of a C.R.W. Nevinson
drypoint etching ' Looking through Brooklyn Bridge'.
We will be accepting entries until 13th August. For further details or to

We had a very successful sale on 3 June with some exceptional prices
achieved. Highlights included some interesting works by Sybil Andrews, Marc
Chagall, Alphonse Mucha, Christopher Richard Wynne Nevinson, Pablo Picasso,
Dr Thornton (pub.) and after George Brookshaw.
