Domaine Romanée-Conti achieved the highest prices at Bonhams Fine Wine Sale in London on 16 February.

Six bottles of Romanée-Conti 1999 in an original wooden case sold for £88,125 (£70,000-90,000) and 12 bottles of Romanée-Conti 1988 made £141,000 (£120,000-140,000). Three single bottles of Romanée-Conti 1981 sold for £7,638 (£5,500-6,500).

Other highlights included:

A magnum of Pétrus 1959 sold for £5,875 (£5,000-6,000)

An original wooden case of six bottles of Pétrus 1990 sold for £17,625 (£16,000-20,000)

Six bottles of Le Pin 2007 sold for £7,050 £5,000-6,000)
