The Worldwide Textile Trade, 1500-1800: A View from East Asia
A lecture by Joyce Denney
Among her many accomplishments, Ms. Denney has curated and published widely, and worked as a textile specialist in the Metropolitan Museum's Department of Asian Art and Antonio Ratti Textile Center. Most recently, she has served as the East Asian textile specialist on the curatorial team for the Metropolitan Museum's current special exhibition Interwoven Globe: The Worldwide Textile Trade, 1500-1800.
