A position has become available for a Trainee to join this high profile department, holding four sales per year.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, dealing with pre- and post sale administration, handling customer mailings and customer enquiries from both buyers and sellers, assisting with the cataloguing and research of new properties, as well as overseeing the photography for the department. You will also be required to provide general office assistance to the Director and Head of Department, as and when needed.
You will have excellent administrative and customer service skills as well as the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team. You will have strong IT skills and good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Some experience in the auction business and good geographical knowledge would be preferable but is not essential, whilst knowledge of another language would be an advantage.
