Administrator, Wine Department

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our busy Wine department based in New Bond Street. As the Administrator you will compliment this well established team and be involved in various aspects relating to the day to day running of the department.

The role will include, but not be limited to: updating client details on our database, helping our stock controller to maintain an orderly system of property movement in and out of the department, processing invoices and general day to day office management. You will be responsible for all pre and post sale administration and coordinate the preparation of any necessary marketing materials to promote our sales. You will assist with the efficient handling of client enquiries by telephone, email and post, liaising with the department specialists as and when necessary to ensure prompt advice and service to our customers. In addition you will liaise with printers, specialists and our desktop publishing department in the production of catalogues.

The ideal candidate will have proven administrative ability with excellent time management and organisation skills. You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and good word processing ability. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
