We currently have a vacancy for a Part-time Administrator at our Norfolk office in Reepham, working 3 days per week.
The role covers a wide variety of tasks, providing full administrative support to staff and ensuring the smooth running of this busy office. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, general office duties, in particular handling enquiries from the public over the telephone, via email and in person and dealing with any issues arising, managing appointments, and overseeing the safe collection and transportation of clients' property.
The ideal candidate will have proven administrative ability and a flexible attitude, be computer literate, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, as well as strong organisational and customer service skills. You will manage your workload in coordination with your fellow part time administrator, and an element of full-time work may be required to provide holiday cover throughout the year.
