Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger - New Bond Street

We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Purchase Ledger team within our Accounts department based at our New Bond Street office.

The role will include but not be limited to;- scanning, registering, coding and batching of supplier invoices, reconciling statements, dealing with supplier queries, opening departmental post and other ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail and the capability to process large amounts of data swiftly. You should be able to effectively prioritise your workload and be happy to work on your own initiative, but also as part of a team. Some purchase ledger experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
