We currently have a vacancy for a Fine Art Stock Controller, based at our New Bond Street Saleroom.
This is a key front of house position involving a high standard of inventory and organisational skills.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, providing an efficient and professional service to all customers, suppliers and colleagues. Complete care and control of goods awaiting collection or transferral and liaising with the Saleroom Manager. You will be required to work closely with the Shipping Department and liaise with cashiers, customer services, credit control and specialist departments.
This busy and varied role will require a proactive dynamic style and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload. You will have a proven administrative ability, excellent communication and customer service skills and will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office packages. You will preferably possess both auction house and stock control experience. An interest in Fine Art and knowledge of other languages would be advantageous but is not essential.
This position may require you to occasionally work hours outside of your standard working pattern, you should be willing to work overtime as and when required.
